Nothing was known about the creator of the images at the time of processing.

Scope and Content Description:
The collection consists of 77 color 35mm slides of events and locations in Anchorage and on
the Kenai Peninsula, taken in the period 1959-1969. Of note are sixteen images of the 1959
Anchorage Fur Rendezvous; sixteen of a Christmas dance in a log roadhouse or restaurant; and
two of a small sawmill operation. For more information, see Detailed Description of Collection.

The Anchorage Museum is the owner of the materials and makes available reproductions for
research, publication, and other uses. Written permission must be obtained from the
Anchorage Museum before any reproduction use. The Anchorage Museum does not
necessarily hold copyright to all of the materials in the collections. In some cases, permission
for use may require seeking additional authorization from the copyright owners.
