Jessie Noble and her husband lived in Anchorage, Alaska from 1815 through the 1930s.

This collection contains 197 photographs and postcards. The photographs depict
Anchorage, Eklutna, and the surrounding areas. Images focus on telephone service and
power generation, including interior images of the wireless station on Government Hill,
and the stringing of telephone lines in Anchorage. There are a small number of images of
the Aleutian Islands and Southeast Alaska included in the collection.

This collection was donated to the Anchorage Museum in 1995.
