Scope and Contents

The Anderson collection consists of 47 photographs. In the collection are
photographs of Beluga whales, whaling scenes, a Fourth of July parade on Fourth
Avenue in Anchorage, the “Grizzly”, the Northern Commercial Company, Theodore
River, and Beluga River. People in the collection include Joe Magill, John Hedberg, L.D.
Ellerson, Andy W. Anderson, Lee Wise, Mr. Carlson, Mr. Carter, Mr. Dittmer, Tory and
Jack Robarts, Red Jack Bartels, Mrs. Byrle Polley, and Mona Robarts. Please see photo
